Early in the film Ronin, Robert De Niro’s character says, “I never walk into a place I don’t know how to walk out of.” As we often do, he has an exit strategy. Whether it’s a bad job, an awkward date, or a disappointing relationship, people often find themselves looking for a way out. Sometimes the situation in which we find ourselves, or our attempts to get out, are comic. Other times, they’re tragic. Either way, the need to get out and move on is something we’ve all experienced. Will you tell your story? If so, then come to The Corner, as we return for our third installment at She Doesn’t Like Guthries, at 115 Middle Street. Even if you aren’t ready to tell a story, come be part of the audience. It’s fun. But be aware that some stories may include adult themes and adult language. All potential audience members should use their discretion, especially those who care for young children.
